ALASKA AIR TAXI & AIR CHARTER COMPANY
Our Story
Aviation and bush flights are our specialties. Located centrally in the Mat-Su Valley, we are experts in flying to any remote location across Alaska. With 20 years of flight experience, we pride ourselves on providing comfortable and safe air travel to our guests as well as safe and timely shipment of air cargo.
Our Fleet
We have a variety of aircraft and helicopters to service all of your flight and air transportation needs. Whether you want to land on a river bank or glacier, our planes and pilots are well equipped to do so. Our aircraft collection includes:
R44 Raven II Helicopter - Best for flightseeing tours. The R44 Raven II helicopter seats 3 passengers and features large glass windows that provide the best visibility for wide-angle viewing and picture-taking. In addition, the helicopter is designed to fly at a lower altitude than fixed-wing airplanes, can hover over any spot, and is capable of landing on arctic glaciers. Ideal for remote spots without a runway as well as long line, and for slinging supplies in and out.
Cessna 206 - These planes are great for hauling supplies if there is an airstrip. The Cessna 206 can seat up to 5 passengers and carry up to 900 pounds. These personalized chartered planes are great for aerial tours over Alaska or transporting guests from Willow to other locations.
Piper PA-18 Super Cub - This two-seater small bush aircraft can carry one passenger while packing a surprising volume of cargo behind the seats. The Super Cub is ideal for transportation to remote cabins, hunting trips, or landing in spots with short airstrips. We also utilize our Super Cub for assisting with wildlife animal surveys for the Alaska Department of Fish & Game & National Park Service.
